Wizcast Synergies Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer of aluminium castings located in the industrial hub of Rai, Sonipat. Established in 2003 as Wyan Industries Pvt Ltd, the company was rebranded in 2024 after a takeover. Since then, Wizcast Synergies has emerged as one of the most trusted aluminium die casting companies in North India.
We specialise in manufacturing high-precision automotive components with zero tolerance for defects. OUR GROUP
Our Promoters – Mr. Viprender Aggarwal, Mr. Sunil Jain, and Mr. Rajesh Kumar – are highly qualified and well-experienced professionals, who have more than 30 years of industrial experience in the Aluminium Industry. Under their leadership, we are active in multiple sectors under different business entities:
- We are manufacturing and supplying Aluminium Alloy Ingots & Molten Alloys with a total production capacity of more than 15000 MT per annum.
- Aluminium Extrusion Profiles are produced through our 3 Extrusion Press Lines (1100 MT, 900 MT, 650 MT) and Four Furnaces.
- Manufacturing of LPG cylinders is also a major vertical of the group, where we supply only to Govt. Owned Corporations.
- In addition, we also manufacture Aluminium High Pressure Die Casting, LPDC, GDC parts & machining components, which are supplied to Automotive & Non-automotive Sectors.

We at Wizcast Synergies Private Limited, Rai industrial area, engaged in manufacturing and delivering high-pressure, Aluminum die cast, and pistons for automotive and non-automotive segments, are committed to demonstrating continual improvement in our EHS performance.

Safety First at Wizcast Synergies
Manpower Safety
Our workforce is our biggest asset. We ensure their safety with PPE, fire drills, emergency training, and mandatory safety inductions on machine, electrical, and hazardous material handling.
Company Safety
Our facility includes fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, alarms, and ventilation. Regular inspections, maintenance, and audits are conducted to uphold industrial safety standards across departments.
Product Safety
Every component undergoes strict quality checks to ensure it's flawless and safe. We follow IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015,VDA 6.3 and MACE-VSA protocols to guarantee top-tier product safety and reliability.
